Group Physiotherapy Class

This 45-minute small Group Physiotherapy Class involves a combination of Pilates exercises and functional resistance exercises. Exercises are individually prescribed and are designed to find and fix the root cause of an injury.

Falls and Balance Class

A personalised falls prevention class delivered in a small group format with the aim of improving balance, general strength and co-ordination for falls prevention. In this 45-minute class, Tai Chi methods are combined with a range of Physiotherapy exercises to provide a proven method to reduce falls.
