Funding options

Our services can be accessed in several ways based on your current diagnosis and referral pathway. They include:

Medicare

You may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan providing you with up to 5 Allied Health visits per year through Medicare.  Please discuss eligibility directly with your GP.

Solenne will require a copy of your CDM prior to your appointment, with Solenne nominated by their GP on the plan. Medicare will cover a portion of the fee, with the remaining gap to be paid by the consumer.

Private Health Fund

You may be eligible for rebates through your nominated private health funds.  Rebates can be processed at time of treatment using Solenne HICAPS machine, or client may pay in full and lodge a claim for reimbursement (if eligible) directly through their health fund.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Solenne can provide services to NDIS participants who are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed. A Service Agreement needs to be signed prior to appointment and invoice is sent to participant (if self-managed) or nominated Plan Manager (details as per service agreement).

Home Care Packages

If you have a Consumer Directed Home Care Package, Solenne can provide services as per the fee schedule above – charged direct to your approved home care provider.  

Concession

Solenne will discount $10 off any treatment with presentation of a concession card at time of appointment. *Excluding NDIS

Department of Veterans Affairs

If you hold a DVA Gold or White card and have a GP referral or pre-approval from DVA, Solenne can provide reduced services at no additional gap charge. *20-minute appointments only.

Buy 5 Allied Health sessions and receive the 5th session free – Allied Health sessions can include Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics or Podiatry.
