Alisa is an Exercise Physiology Allied Health Assistant at Solenne, supporting the delivery of safe, evidence-based exercise interventions within the multidisciplinary team. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, completed in 2024, and is currently in the final year of her Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) at the University of South Australia.
Alisa’s honours research explored university education on non-malignant gynaecological conditions and its impact on healthcare service delivery, reflecting her interest in improving clinical understanding and access to appropriate care for under-recognised health conditions.
Through her role at Solenne, Alisa supports clients across a range of health presentations, assisting with exercise programs that promote function, confidence and long-term health. She brings a thoughtful, client-centred approach and works closely with the clinical team to support integrated, lifestyle-based care.
